At Sud Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items are not quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return them for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sud Express account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with their original tags attached into the original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
